Who handles your data

What data we keep
When you buy: name, email, phone, address, tax number (if you give it) and the order details.
When you ask for a quote: name, contacts, address and your message.
If you create an account: name, email and password, stored in a way that nobody can read it.
If you review a product: the stars and the text, published with your first name and the initial of your surname.
Card and MB WAY details never go through our site: they go straight to Stripe, which processes the payments.
What we use it for
To handle your order: payment, delivery, installation and warranty (needed to fulfil the contract).
To issue the invoice and comply with tax law (legal obligation).
To answer quote requests (at your request), for your customer account and for reviews.
We do not send advertising and we do not sell data to anyone.
Who receives the data
Only the companies that work for us to provide the service: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting of the site and photos), Neon (database, in Germany), Resend (sending emails) and, when you choose courier delivery, the courier.
Some of these companies are outside the European Union. In those cases, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation.
How long we keep it
Orders and invoices: the time required by tax and accounting law.
Customer account and reviews: while you have an account, or until you ask us to delete them.
Quote requests: the time needed to handle them.
Payments that were never completed: deleted automatically after 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a format you can take to another service. Just write to flexsolutionsshop@gmail.com.
You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Cookies and data stored in your browser
We only use what the site needs to work: a cookie with your chosen language, a session cookie when you sign in to your account and, stored in your browser, your cart and favourites.
In the payment form, Stripe uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
